All Veze sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been dispatched.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
We're sorry if something went wrong. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if:
- Your order arrived damaged
- You received an incorrect item
TO PROCESS YOUR CLAIM
- Keep the bag in original packaging
- Keep all tags intact
- Email a photo to hello@theveze.com
We will resolve it promptly.

- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selected
- Orders already dispatched
